Ah, a delectable Daley malaprop dollop was dispensed last week.

While praising ComEd for changes it has made since the blackoutsin the summer of 1999, Mayor Daley said Thursday:

"ComEd has turned 360 degrees around."

I guess that's our liege lord's lingo for coming full circle?
